i havnt had hardly any soda pop and it makes
my body feel so much better.
not that, that is the only thing going to make me healthy just
makes me feel less crappy.
my biggest problem is not eating breakfast and not keeping
my "furnace" burning food.
i eat probably two meals a day.
NOT GOOD PEOPLE.
that makes my "furnace" take longer to burn through my food
instead of eating six small meals a day which just stokes the "furnace"
and keeps my matabolism going fast.
it's really hard to eat that many meals when you are working all day
and dont have time to pack lunches in the morning.
but it's ok, because i've been making up for it in the gym.
NEW GOAL : try to wake up every thursday for a 6 AM kickboxing class!
this is going to happen.. i hope. haha
