I decided to catch up everything from where i last left off last year,
all in one post. And yes i am fully aware at how many photos there are
of my nephew. I'm just a little obsessed with him, but he's just so stinkin' cute!
so here are just some things that have happened over the past nine months
** here we go**
August 2nd was our 1st year Anniversary
Viva Las Vegas
We went to Le Reve The Dream Cirque Du Soleil show
It was really amazing, all the work that goes into these shows is unreal.
We had an amazing 1st year Anniversary. I cannot believe it will be our second
here in a few months... time goes by so fast.
For my Birthday Christian got me an awesome beach cruiser!
i'm absolutely in love with it, and this is us last August enjoying one
of our many weekend strolls.
our new apartment is right off the new canal trail, so i'm really excited
to take my bike out a lot this spring/summer!
Last Fall I got burned pretty bad, it was very painful and awful. I was cooking
Potatoes in a pressure cooker because i was late and had to peel 2700 potatoes
for a dinner i was attending. Well when i thought i let all the air out it just so happened
that i didn't because the potato starch clogged the airway.. so it exploded hot boiling water
all over my face and neck.. I rushed to the emergency and luckily they say because i jumped in
a cold shower right after, it stopped some of the burning.. so i walked away with 1st and 2nd degree
burns.. BURNS HURT PEOPLE! it was not fun!
but luckily my face has healed and no scars or discoloring.. someone was seriously looking out for
me that day.

i was in this light blue mood, so i painted our
kitchen and our bathroom.
and then i refinished this table.. and i have not decorated or anything since..
it wore me right out.
but since its been a few months i am starting to get into crafting moods more.
so we will see if i get some things done here this spring.. there is still so much
to get done and i feel like i can't ever keep up. ( we still do not have a bedroom door
in our apartment) i'm working on it..

Baby Finn is born.
So happy for Cameron and Jordan, i was so excited to
be there at this sweet moment in their lives.
He was such a tiny thing, and looked just like Jordan
we were so excited to finally meet him!
He has been so fun for our family!
We love him so much.

Last month in March we went down to Arizona
for a quick get a way.
It was really nice to get away with my family and Christian
for a few days.
We stayed with my Aunt Robin and Uncle Jim, it was really nice
of them to let us stay with them. We really enjoyed seeing them and their
family that we don't get to see that much.
We went to a couple spring training games, it was SO much fun!
i really enjoyed the atmosphere, and the weather.. oh man it was perfect.
Every night we would go in there back yard and go scorpion hunting!
For some reason this was really fun. we shined a black light around and
we would kill probably around 8 every night, just in their back yard.
it is so weird how they light up like glow sticks..
It reminded us of predator.
Also really exciting news for the years to come...
Christian's family has been looking into getting into a new
houseboat share.. well my parents with our family growing and expanding
they thought it would be a good investment to get a share as well.
so both of our families have a share on the same house boat. It really is so
nice that our families are great friends because it really is so fun to go and
do trips like these together. This year we all decided to go as a big group to
learn everything and check out our new houseboat. I'm overly excited for July to
get here. HURRY UP!
