IT'S A ... BOY

The last couple weeks of pregnancy have been amazing, here's why.

+ we found out the gender of our little babe! we are having a baby BOY! we are so thrilled and 

are so excited about it! we found out a couple weeks ago and my heart melted seeing him for the first time

in the ultrasound. feeling him move while seeing him move at the same time on the screen made me the

happiest mama in the world! we made our Parents and friends wait a couple days until we had a little gender reveal

in our backyard one evening. we are so excited to meet our little man in december! pictures and video below.

+ i have been feeling SO MUCH BETTER (raising the roof)!!! i feel energized and i can eat and feel great with no sickness.

 second trimester, you are a true hero of mine. 

+ i'm 20 Weeks and 1 day today! we are half way there to meeting our little man. oh i can't wait.. but i have been loving

being pregnant especially now that i have been feeling so well and feeling him move more and more, it's just a special

thing that i have been enjoying.

+ i have been feeling baby move since i was around 15 weeks, now that i am 20 weeks the kicks just get stronger 

and stronger everyday and last week we started feeling the kicks on the outside of my tummy. everyone has 

been jumping at the moment to feel him move and all my sisters and mom got to feel him last week before 

christian when we were at lake powell. he was bummed about it but his face was priceless when he kicked him the first time.

and holy crap can i just say he is strong and incredibly active, we've got a mini christian in the making in there! 

++ PREGNANCY UPDATE

How far along? 20 weeks! half way there till we meet our little active karate chopping boy! 

Total weight gain/loss: gained three pounds.. i feel like i have gained more than that, but i'm sure i will in 

the next  couple weeks, no doubt. 

Maternity clothes?  currently in need.. but i am stubborn and am folding my pants down for now.

Stretch marks? no 

Sleep: been sleeping like a dream this week! 

Best moment this week: having christian feel our babe kick for the first time. 

Have you told family and friends: yes yes

Movement : so much movement.

Miss Anything? having a normal bladder. 

Food cravings: not really anything. i was craving guacamole last night but that's about it. just give me all the food.

Anything making you queasy or sick:  oh my goodness, finally nothing.. i can control the urge to vomit when i smell 

something displeasing. but a little case of acid reflux has made me throw up my dinner the last two nights. oh the joys. 

Have you started to show yet: yes, my tummy is getting a cute little bump. i have a feeling he's gonna be HUGE.

Gender: BOY. yay for boys! 

Labor Signs:  no way

Belly Button in or out?  in

Wedding rings on or off? on

Happy or Moody most of the time: happy as can be! but emotional, like crying everyday over spilled/spoiled milk.. literally. 

Looking forward to: belly bumping, and dr.s appointment! and unrelated to pregnancy... my birthday!!
